We had a fantastic apartment and I cant thank the staff at Accom Noosa enough for assisting me get my surfboard back that we absent mindedly left behind.
Very poor customer service. Avoid if you can!!
The Accom Team were incredible in supporting us with access and arrangements to assist my husband, who required support navigating the complex for health reasons. They were consistently supportive, accommodating, and helpful. The venue itself was stunning, set in a beautiful location, and the apartment was fabulous. We had a wonderful stay and are very grateful.
The customer service received from the very start to being at the property and all communication has been outstanding and I wanted to specifically call out Sharon as she has been brilliant. Had a more difficult group reservation with family etc to manage and Sharon throughout has gone the extra mile and made a great difference - thank you!
A thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Unbelievable location, facilities and staff. 10 out of 10. Definitely will be back
