Accolade was good for a few years then suddenly when I asked for new quotes I got no response back. A few weeks later I received a new home & auto policy in the mail that I did not approve. I changed agents based on that and tried to have Accolade cancel the non-approved policies but no response to emails or calls for over a month.

I changed all my insurance policies to Accolade this past year. Many of my insurance needs were somewhat nonstandard and required some research to find the right policy. I had a number of questions and concerns that Jennifer always answered and addressed in a timely manner. It is comforting to know when I have an insurance need, that I have a helpful person that I can stop in and speak with in person. The customer service Is very good in the fact that you provide current up to date rates, and find what best suits our needs. You are always available to answer any questions we may have about our insurance policy.
