Firstly, I find the staff to be helpful, listen to my needs for each specific job I am doing. They ask question on what I need, make, order and have ready when required. Not only they given me a time frame, they usually have complete prior to the date required. This makes a different to my business and keeping my deadlines met for my clients. Great local supplier. Bought fencing material for our DIY project in North Lakes. One of the post delivered was the wrong length, but Accolade sorted it out and delivered the replacement within few hours. Good customer service !!
I was looking at another supplier for my fencing materials and I was talking to a fencing contractor to get some installation clues. He suggested I look at Accolade Fencing as well. So I followed up and I've now got their Gramline products in my yard. They were cheaper than the other supplier and the product is just as good I believe. The team at Accolade were so helpful.
