I continue to have negative experiences with Accolade. The representatives consistently refuse to provide direct assistance. Recently, I was seeking to file an appeal. The first representative I reached out to said I would need to call and get transferred to the appeals department. The personal rep I reached out to next advised she was no longer my rep (although she is still listed on my page as my Accolade rep) but provided the fax number and mailing address. This is a phenomenal company to work for! I am not sure why the ex-employees are so bitter and angry about not working at some place “ that’s horrible to work for” you should consider yourselves lucky to be out of the bad situation you were in! As a new employee I don’t share anything remotely similar to that out look! I have been a professional nurse for several plus decades and work in different specialities. Horrible experience & service on the market, I really do not know why my insurance company hire them for, do not recommend at all! — feeling angry.

When customers have issues they will follow up and send your problem to insurance company who can fix it, so what’s the point of Accolade? They hire employees to fire they have extreme turn over and they have current employees consistently review them because of how many bad reviews.

very nasty people with attitude here in staten island unproffesional mrs. bissy lying about having an emergency which ia a vaca in africa and took my aide to cover herself in the office unbelivable.they sent me an african woman with cell phone on all day n i couldnt even ask her for anything cause to hewr i owe her respect when she is on my hours in my house even sucking her teeth n an eff u . so me i cursed her out also.thing is the bissy cordinator took her side. not even asking what happened. bye bye accolade. no good age... read more

Staff is extremely helpful and a great help when you can't reach your PCP. It's nice to have a consult before scheduling appointments and knowing which doctors or urgent cares are in-network. Thank you!
