Accolade manages my company's healthcare MY company uses Accolade to manage their healthcare which is such a waste. I have tried to work with them on two different occasions, and never get any type of an answer. Always have to figure it out on my own. This time I even answer their request for a review, got a call back even. I have been an employee and a customer on both ends of the spectrum. As an employee, I was treated horrible. I was in a car accident which caused a change in my medications amongst other things. I filed a disability accommodation and once I did that they would find any and every way to get me In trouble and get rid of me.
