We used Acco cleaning prior to a Christmas Party this year. The cleaning was okay, but shortly after they left we noticed that an expensive piece of jewelry was missing (a watch). We reported it promptly to them and all they could say is that they never saw it although it was on the nightstand. They also moved everything else from the nightstand and it put it in different places around the bedroom.
