Great team, fair price, very happy
Have had Acco come do an annual service on my ducted aircon for well over 5 years now (they can service split backs too). They are always so easy to deal with over email. Josh is the technician who has been sent out in the last few visits, he's always on time, polite and explains everything well. I often tell other people about Acco, as the job they did rezoning part of my ducted went very smoothly.😁
Had two wall mounted split system units installed, was able to get a quote arranged very quickly, someone came out to the house took some measurements and explained everything, the quote was emailed to me a few days after. I was able to book the installation roughly a month later which is alot faster than many other places who were fully booked for months. From Josh coming out for the initial service and identifying the broken split, quotation without gouging, Dylan and (sorry forgot the other fellas name) being prompt for the install and taking the time to induct me to unit operation after completing. We'll be back for any future service and installs.
