Had two wall mounted split system units installed, was able to get a quote arranged very quickly, someone came out to the house took some measurements and explained everything, the quote was emailed to me a few days after. I was able to book the installation roughly a month later which is alot faster than many other places who were fully booked for months. From Josh coming out for the initial service and identifying the broken split, quotation without gouging, Dylan and (sorry forgot the other fellas name) being prompt for the install and taking the time to induct me to unit operation after completing.
