My water heater cracked and spilled water all over my basement. I contacted Acclaimed! Heating to replace it. I spoke to Leanne on the phone, who really went above and beyond in assisting me choosing a hot water heater and booking a service time. Justin, the service technician who came to install the heater, was incredibly professional, performed the work correctly, and was very respectful of my home and property. Overall a very positive experience, will definitely reccomend to others! Thanks!
Yesterday, we had Max here to do furnace and duct cleaning, ahead of a big upgrade job that Acclaimed! is doing for us in April. Max was extremely polite, efficient, and professional. He was respectful of our home and kept the interruptions down to the minimum while he was working. Thank you, Max, for an excellent job!
Our heat pump wasn't functioning, and because of the reviews on YELP we asked them to send out a service technician. The communication beforehand was excellent. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, professional and seemed to be competent. After about 30-45 minutes he told us that we needed to replace the heat pump and that it could not be repaired. Acclaimed is my go-to for heating, duct cleaning and now AC cooling. Last year they installed my new furnace and humidifier and this year I’ve just had them back for servicing and to purchase and install an AC. I can’t say enough about their kind and professional employees, not to mention, exceptional products. They go to great lengths to ensure the best possible prices for customers.
