Worst clinical experience in my entire life, and I have never felt the need to write a review or file a formal complaint against a practitioner in my 30 years of Dr. visits. But Dr. Blankenship engaged in such a grievous abuse of her authority and responsibility, and there seems to be no accountability within JPS's or APG's structure. I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. P Chen and I must say he and his staff, from the nursing staff to the lovely ladies at the front are excellent. You get close with them enough to not just know them but name but by voice. Then better, after a procedure, not just receiving a call from hospital or clinical staff but a personal phone call from the Dr was literally the best. I would highly recommend the services and thank you to ask the staff there in all areas! 💯
