Check in was smooth. Attendant was quite pleasant. Room is clean.

I called the hotel as soon as I arrived home within less than 12 hours to check my room for my Nike runner (gray/turqoise) shoes cost me $120, was inserted in the table under the TV in a white bag with an blue socks in it. first they told me we will call you back after checking the housekeepers and they did not, I gave them another call after another 9 hours again they wanted to check and call me back just to call me after 10 minutes telling me we found nothing. Excellent service, staff was wonderful and loved the fact it was only 5 mins away from the airport and had a free shuttle service.
El Hotel está justo al lado del Aeropuerto, para quien llega con el tiempo justa sería ideal, tienen una lanzadera que te lleva desde el Aeropuerto al Hotel y viceversa. Es un buen servicio. Las habitaciones excelentes, buena tv, frigorifico, servicio de té y café y muy amplias.
