A few weeks ago, I came in for IV treatments, dressing changes, and antibiotics for my hand, sometimes once and sometimes twice a day, while being connected to an IV the entire time. It was a very difficult period for me, with a lot not going right, but the care I received here truly made a difference. Ben was exceptional. I have been going here for the last 10 days to get my wound cleaned and checked and I have been very impressed with the staff. Vaishanti, Beatrice, Pawan, Manpreet have all been very professional, caring, careful and super nice overall. They give it their best and make the patient feel very comfortable. Great job team and keep it up.
I have used this clinic once in the past (6months ago) for an iron infusion. I must say that getting an appointment was super easy and I appreciate that very much. But this time I had a horrible experience. I am a Clinical Nurse Educator/Critical care RN myself and the treatment quality was by far the worst. The nurse looking after me didn't even tell me her name. All she asked was if I had the iron infusion before and proceed to have me fill forms without explaining anything at all. Imran, I had a Cather Removal. Friendly and Experienced Staff.
I had to use this clinic in 2015 and am currently using it today. I've never had a bad experience. All of the nurses are great. Especially Ben - whom I usually have assisting me. I'm very appreciative of having this center in Milton.
