It is Unbelievable kindness & professionalism! *Acclaim Car and Truck Repair is very close and Ken was driving down my street when I called! My lucky day indeed. Highly recommend!

this place and their dedication to getting stuff done right and affordably is why Im able to get to work right now (crazy transmission computer issue was supposed to cost 3 thousand or more and they helped me figure the REAL problem which cost much much less) -100% helpful,informed and awesome,thank you Ken and team so much !

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT KEN AT ACCLAIM The time has come for someone to report this place and to warn people about using the services of this shop if you have to deal with Ken. He can put up a good front to some customers that he likes. Ken claims he doesnt know anything about cars with the exception of rebuilding a transmission. When a customer comes in and their car needs general repairs, Rich has to do it. Brought my 04 Dodge Ram 2500 here 1 year ago with transmission problems. $3000.00 later its has been towed back 4 times at my expense with blown transmissions. Now he says its out of warranty and to take it somewhere else because he CANT fix it. No refund and no help. Now im in the same place I was a year ago but out $3000.00. Terrible repair shop with even worse attitudes. Buyer beware of people who have no idea what they are doing!!!
