0 stars. Stay away from this dumpster fire of a shop. The tech Caitlin said that the car (a 2016) was too new and they didn't have the right equipment to "change the oil settings". What does that even mean? Because they didn't have the right equipment, it took them 45 minutes and they charged for all of those minutes. "Sorry, that's just our shop rate." Very friendly, straight forward and they treated us with respect. Hard to find a mechanic that won't talk down to a woman. These guys were very knowledgeable and fast and interested in my wellbeing. We'll be coming back for years.
