Refused to stop accrual of rent upon vacation of apt. I didn't even know a place like this existed. This is independent luxury resort style apartment living for Seniors 62+. It feels like a cruise ship and costs less than you would think. Month to month leases along with a pool, theater, art studio, library, puzzle room, transportation, game room and restaurant. All in beautiful Belmont Bay. This place is amazing.
What a beautiful venue and when I say venue that’s what I mean. From the beautiful restaurant to the lounge areas where different themed events take place for the residents. And there is a bus that takes the residents shopping and to shows! Seems like a wonderful place to live for the older community. Emphasis on community.
I took a tour of Acclaim at Belmont Bay recently for my parents, and I have to say—I came away really impressed. My parents and I have been curious about independent living communities and what that lifestyle might look like, and this place made it easy to picture. The location is beautiful, tucked right by the water in Woodbridge, and the building itself feels more like a boutique hotel than a retirement community.
