I recently called Acclaim to have my air conditioning unit serviced. The technician was prompt and conducted a couple of tests on my air conditioning but said that he couldn’t service it due to how old the system is and it’s set up. During the visit, he seemed more interested in the purchase price of the property and how much the Body Corpoate fees were. He confirmed that the system was working ok and I was still charged for a service.
