There should be zero stars. Absolutely disgraceful company. Attempted a simple leak detection, fix and re-gas twice. Both times failed. Their solution... buy a new one. Note that the unit was less than 5 yrs old. Each time an incompetent tech spends 4 hrs twiddling his thumbs and we are charged a ridiculous fee. Got a another tech to look at it, job resolved in less than 2 hrs. He discovered a pathetic fitting left behind by Acclaim that was obviously an inadequate seal. Wasn't even hard to find. What a great business, reliable service, speedy repairs and all the staff fantastic customer service. Did I mention, the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend the team at Acclaim Air conditioning to fix, check and service my house again.
