Mediocre company with little to no policies, standards or procedures. I did not think the standard could possibly get any lower. Make everything up on the fly with vague procedures that may as well have been written with paper and crayons hence the simplest of tasks are made unnecessarily complicated as they are not mature enough to utilise technology and software to enhance efficiency. After a serious motor vehicle accident involving one of companies drivers, this horrible company is refusing to provide a claim number for their at fault driver who left my infant daughter and two small children 7 and 9 as well as myself within the smoked filled diesel leaking vehicle. When I asked the companies driver to call the Police and Ambulance this at fault driver refused.
