The 3 star is for the company, not the staff. I worked with Accessity for the last 5 yeas or so and the experience has been a pretty good one overall. They gave me a great rate on loan in 2020 during the pandemic, but they were old school and I didn't like the approach to getting funding with them again that I have almsot paid back all the $50,000 Loan. That's not inclusion. That's discrimination. This CDFI promotes itself as a champion of underserves entrepreneurs and receives funding from the US Treasury to back that promise. I'm hispanic, DBE-Certified in SAM.gov with 793 Fico score and fully legal, community-driven business. I applied for a small loan to fund marketing- a legitimate strategic use of funds.
