I placed an order on 12/5 and was told it would ship "ASAP". On 12/14, I sent a message requesting the status of my order and was told it would ship the next day. On 12/17, I requested the tracking information and did not receive a response. On 12/20, I asked for the order to be canceled and refunded. I received a response saying the order had already shipped. On 12/21, I requested the tracking number again and still have not received a response.
