The fender on my Subaru needed to be replaced and front bumper repainted. Returned to me with the new fender misaligned. Went back to Rob. He could not fix it. I removed bumper and found a broken bracket, a missing bolt and a broken tab on bumper. Should not have been returned to me that way. New bracket and bolt replacement was required to finish job correctly, done by another shop. This is not good! G.C.
Had a front bumper ripped off, was able to bring it in and fix it the same day, great experience, highly recommend.
