Shannon's massages and alignment sessions are amazing! I have had recurrent back tension after abdominal surgery and Shannon has been very helpful in me feeling relief and my recovery. She is always very attentive to my needs which feel different each session.

Shannon is a gift! She had so many tools in her bodyworker bag to help the physical experiences of her clients. I have found more relief and longer lasting effects of the sound therapy combined with gentle massage and Myokinesthetic Release than traditional or deep tissue massage. She listens to the needs of her clients and adapts to what they actually need instead of just going through the typical head to toe model. I highly recommend!

Shannon creates a safe space for yoga and for healing. She will meet you where you are at and help you find a comfortable space and pace to do yoga. She holds such beautiful space in all of her sessions, Yoga and sound healing. Her sound baths are always just what is needed at the right moment. If you have not been able to attend a Sound Bath, I highly recommend following her calendar so you can attend. You will not regret it.
