Excellent customer service! Good products. Ashley was excellent in helping me choose just what we needed. Great customer service. Mark came and set up our mom's new lift chair. I bought a mobility scooter from Mark 6 years ago and I love it. Recently I found I needed something easier to load into my SUV for short trips into the Doctors and hospitals. I called Mark and he told me what models he had that might work for me. I went in and Ashley was very helpful in explaining and showing the different features on several models. Ashley was great in helping me find a scooter for my mom, gave us very detailed instructions on how to use it, store it, load it, where to find information and to always feel free to call them if we needed assistance. The scooter is amazing, light weight, and my mom loves her scooter! It has been easy to load and reliable. Great team at Access One!!!
I love AccessOne! They are customer service oriented and go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. I have used their services for a motorized wheelchair, a shower chair, a hand held breast pump, etc. Please come and support this local and small business!
I called the store with questions and Ashley was very helpful told what normally is wrong with these chairs. Gave me the cost to repair and replace batteries and suggested that I could replace them myself and gave me a few places to try and get replacements. If I need the chair serviced I am definitely going to have them look at it.
