The company as a whole seems to be ok. Although, trying to get information to them is turning out to be a huge, huge issue. I've tried 5 times this month to get a fax through, at least 3 times the month before, and at least once the month before that. If you're trying to submit information, or confirmations, definitely call the main line to confirm what you're sending had gone through, no matter what office you visit. They're all over Pennsylvania, not sure about other states.
