Sam was absolutely wonderful and compassionate to work with. I needed services very quickly. Spoje with him and completed paperwork about noon and staff was in place by 8pm that evening to take care of my mom. He is very involved and has a true compassion for this type of business. In addition he is very hands on and supports you and your loved one to be sure everything is done according to the wishes and needs of the family. Without a doubt. I would highly recommend and encourage people to use this business.

I’m writing this review from the perspective of the wife of an employee, so this is about the quality of the company from that angle.Jeff Bayard promptly answers work calls and texts at literally any hour, every day of the week.His company doesn’t have an answering service.When someone calls, Jeff or one of his coworkers are the ones who answer the call themselves, at any hour.There are no off hours.At the same time, they work together and look after each other.If Jeff needs time to deal with or simply be present in a family... read more

I’ve had the pleasure of working for this company as a community liaison for almost two years now. Sam runs it in a way that facilitates a work environment that lets you feel that it’s not just a job but a calling. The focus, as it should be, is always on truly helping people who are in need of our services. As with any job, simply as part of the human condition, it’s not as if nothing ever goes wrong.
