"On-call" never answers the phone. I guess you're on your own if you need help after the office is closed. I looked on medicare.org (unfortunately after we needed the help) and they're also rated poorly there.

Only gave a 1 because I cant give a 0. The nurses were amazing but they ended up billing me over 200.00 for a visit that I confirmed with 3 different people was a no charge discharge. Ive been calling for months to try and correct. They confirm that there shouldnt have been a charge and that they will call me back but never call back. I now have to pay or it will hit my credit score. I wouldnt use them unless you are able to cover surprise charges. at around 350.00 a visit, those surprise charges can really add up
