Only gave a 1 because I cant give a 0. The nurses were amazing but they ended up billing me over 200.00 for a visit that I confirmed with 3 different people was a no charge discharge. Ive been calling for months to try and correct. They confirm that there shouldnt have been a charge and that they will call me back but never call back. I now have to pay or it will hit my credit score. I wouldnt use them unless you are able to cover surprise charges. at around 350.00 a visit, those surprise charges can really add up

They were orig contacted by Metro PT on May 26th. Kelly is the only one who can help me when I call in and every week I follow up she says they still waiting on Dr notes. Last time I called to follow up she never called back. She said she was off 2 days and in meetings. No urgency to help me with PT and the Company has never contacted me once.

I would definitely recommend this company for your home health needs! They open new referral cases in 24 hours or less! Great staff, great services. I worked with a new employee named Karyn and she was amazing. So knowledgeable and she had the best customer service. Highly recommend!
