I recently had my Telecab Lift replaced by Accessible Solutions 360. I had contacted them when my previous unit stopped working and my former repair company was unavailable. Gretchen at AS360 was very helpful and informative in my initial contact over the phone. She informed me that the necessary repairs might be covered under Medicaid. Young lady came to repair moms outside stairlift. Regret using this company! The stairlift is falling apart and is worse. She told us they had to order parts but they never came back. When her caseworker or i try to call we get the run around. Very unprofessional.

Young lady came to repair my mothers outside stairlift. I regret using this company! At this point the stairlift is worse and falling apart. She told us they had to order parts and they never came back! I tried calling and was told they are waiting for parts. Moms caseworker called and was told they were waiting for her insurance to get back to them. Very unprofessional.

Technician was out today to repair oil Outdoor wheelchair lift. He was courteous, professional and respectful. He explained the problem and the resolution. Excellent work. Thank you. Upper darby. Pa
