Thank you Tujuannah for your excellent customer service! When I experienced identity theft and called the main TRB number I left the call feeling confused on next steps. But after contacting Tujuannah at the Dallas location she took charge of resolving my concerns. She promptly followed up with me and was very patient and kind. I went from frustration to relief because of Tujuannah going the extra mile for her customer. Thank you!
