During my initial conversations with the owner, Randy, I was quite impressed with him because he was able to talk a good game. Upon further interaction with him to have my bathroom made more handicap friendly, he became more and more condescending. That should've been a red flag, since on three separate occasions he made remarks about how he needed to "speak down" to everyone's level, especially the county case workers, because they couldn't comprehend what he was talking about and neither could most people. Randy Behling, the owner of the company, was kind, supportive, and really cared about helping us with our needs. He checked in often, and really wanted us to be happy. The construction/modification workers, Joe and Nicole did an awesome job! They were very respectful, kind, friendly, and great at communicating with us.
