Left my Mom's PT who said my Dad's walker was too tall for her, unsafe and that she needed a petite walker. Immediately called all over MKE including burbs. Access was the only co that had one in stock. Drove to Southside and picked one up. Super friendly and very helpful. Need a stair lift now and right now they are our #1 choice for vendor. Visiting the showroom to try out the swivel before ordering installation. Competitive pricing on made in USA product. Will submit review after install.

I have been trying to get the right shower chair for over 9 months and I have called and left a number of message but no one calls me back lousy customer service. Need to improve alot.

I ordered a lift chair. Called twice before someone actually called me back. Once there, staff was friendly/knowledgeable but their "huge " showroom is tiny. My chair had to be ordered, expected delivery came and passed and when I called I was told another 4 weeks because fabric color was not in stock. Had someone called to inform me of that I would've changed colors, but no one bothered to tell me. Delivery/set up guys very prompt and nice. It's now 2.5 months later and the chair is crooked.
