I have been trying to get the right shower chair for over 9 months and I have called and left a number of message but no one calls me back lousy customer service. Need to improve alot.
I ordered a lift chair. Called twice before someone actually called me back. Once there, staff was friendly/knowledgeable but their "huge " showroom is tiny. My chair had to be ordered, expected delivery came and passed and when I called I was told another 4 weeks because fabric color was not in stock. Had someone called to inform me of that I would've changed colors, but no one bothered to tell me. Delivery/set up guys very prompt and nice. It's now 2.5 months later and the chair is crooked. Called again and got voice mail.... read more
My mom got a wheelchair here. Nice people. Lots of choices.
