EVERY SINGLE TIME I book with this company, it's a problem. Once with one of my kids, they had a driver who was extra late and had his girlfriend in the car while blasting music with cursing all though it. Another driver SWITCHED DRIVERS while on the road and I was told while going home that there were guns in both vehicles. I had my two kids with me. We switched our insurance and my PCP doesn't take mine anymore. I was able to make a last-minute, first appointment with A2H this morning, and was beyond thrilled with the entire experience from the front to the back of the building! I was treated kindly, all of my concerns were heard, and I felt extremely comfortable with every interaction. I would absolutely recommend Access2Health to anyone looking for a great experience! Just go all the way to the back of St. Louis Plaza, and look for the purple porch light! :)
Been going to this clinic since it has opened. They truly embody the bedside manner and putting the patient first. I will always recommend them first for your needs. They work with your insurance or if you would like to pay cash. In and out the door time within a hour without feeling rushed or pressured. Thank you Kat and Dwight for being my providers for the last few years.
I’m like most, very frustrated with phys’s and med personnel since 2020. Just wanted to say thank you so much! Everyone was nice, I was made to feel welcome. When your staff is happy it shows. Sending my family and friends there in the future. Great place!!
This facility is remarkable ! Unlike previous medical experiences with past doctors Kat and her crew are a cut above ALL the rest. Willing to spend the time necessary to get you where you need to be. Great folks and I highly recomend them ! 🏁
