Dr. Nelson is amazing. I never told my other doctors things that were going on, I never really went to my other doctors either but Dr. Nelson is very personable and caring and takes her time with helping me make a plan to better my health. She listens to my concerns and and celebrates in my accomplishments. My only complaint is that I didn’t come to her sooner. She is absolutely wonderful and amazing. I would recommend her to anyone.
Rachel is so warm and caring. I always feel well taken care of when I see her. Additionally, scheduling is very easy and she is easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend her if you are looking for a competent, responsive, and kind primary care physician!
My experience with NP Rachel was exceptional. She was thorough and reassuring from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in search of a caring and well-informed practitioner who considers patients holistically.

Rachel Nelson goes ABOVE & BEYOND for her patients! I have finally found a provider who genuinely cares about my health and well being. You are not just a number to her. I feel seen and heard.
