Access Veterinary Care was an amazing experience for my new kitten, Atlas. The clinic was calm, clean, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring toward both pets and owners. Atlas immediately felt comfortable with the staff and environment, even during his shots and physical exam, which says a lot for a kitten. They was very comforting.
I went to see a surgeon there when my cat had an eye injury and my vet was unavailable. I was extremely distraught and the surgeon that spoke to me was horrifically rude, condescending, and cruel. I tried to explain the situation with my cat but the dr abruptly just told me everything I’d done wrong, told me I didn’t understand my previous vets instructions and I even heard the dr and the vet tech talking negatively about me before they even came into the room. 💯 do not recommend.
