Nice front desk staff. Poor medical service.
Great urology clinic. The doctor is professional, the staff are friendly, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this clinic.
The front receptionist didn’t greet or say hello to patients when I visited their clinic, remember to sign in upon arrival and wait for them to call you. They have plenty of nurse practitioners and you never know whom you’re going to get with each doctor’s appointment. They’re missing that one on one personal connection between patient and doctor. They treat conditions like kidney stones, infections, cancers (prostate, bladder), incontinence, and erectile dysfunction.
Straight to voicemail, left so many messages to reschedule surgery but none have been answered. Pathetic
Went to see Dr. Chen today and I am very pleased. He answered all my questions. Staff overall was very helpful.
