Dr Lewis is great - Although long wait times even if you have an appointment
This office is a RIP OFF. Anytime you need paperwork or have simple questions, they will tell you that you need to make an appointment. Which means another co pay and a bill to insurance. They put me on two different prescriptions that were supposed to be taken together. One they gave me a year supply and the other a thirty day supply. This office refuses to discuss medications on phone or to reply to any faxes from pharmacies. I'm out of my 2nd thirty day supply which I had to see him twice for, and now they refuse to fill ... read more
I love this clinic Nd the staffs here Nd Dr. Duran are amazingly incredible. I was taken good care of here. So sadly I lost my job due to health issues Nd now I’m on the states medical assistance w/Molina Nd I haven’t found the care that I had with Dr. Duran at Acess Health Clinic in Lake Tapps-Auburn Washington. First chance I get with regular private health insurance I will be going back to Dr.Duran. Dr. Duran actually listens & follows through. Extremely smart & knowledgeable about all types of issues I've come in with.
Dr. Duran, Dr. Rice and the entire staff (front and back office) are INCREDIBLE. They listen and they care. The docs take the time to listen and are sincerely devoted to making you feel well and whole again! Best Docs EVER!!
