They kept me fully updated via email and text and managed to expedite getting everything to me quickly in spite of it being Christmas. From my first contact with them though the installation of the hand controls I needed in my car and the follow-ups afterwards, the staff and owner have been helpful, concerned, and very professional in all they do. We are overjoyed with the lift chair. It’s so much easier on me and my husband because he no longer has to lift me into the pickup. The customer service at access unlimited, is top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure that our chair functions properly and that we were educated on how to use the chair. We couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
