Absolute idiots. Very unhelpful. Been trying to get some questions answered regarding Medicare. Finally, get someone to call us back after a couple weeks and she says she doesn't know anything about Medicare and can't answer our questions or help us. What good is the SHIP Dept then?
Absolutely horrible. Unprofessional and unpleasant staff. I've had no choice but to use ATHN for my government facilitator for health benefits. In almost 7 years they still can't do the job. Missed appointments. Forgotten appointments. No consistency. No accountability. No empathy. They bullied their way into the contract management and they bully their clients. RecommendedI have had AHN for about 3 years now. Nothing but GREAT SERVICE! I have pre-existing conditions, and am on a fixed income. I could NEVER afford health care insurance. I live in Washoe County, and the people who run this office work their butts off!
Great organization! Very nice people and they go the extra mile for their clients. I can not say enough good things about their leadership and the need they fill in the community!
A total disappointment this agency. Despite the fact that some friends had given me bad reference about bad treatment on behalf of some employees of this institution, I enrolled to receive services from them a few months ago. Since then I have been having several problems with them. At this moment I have not been able to collect my medicine from the pharmacy for almost a month due to the poor management of the case managers.
