Heartbreakingly terrible. Even though they know my last name, they used a different last name for the check issued for my inheritance. Just the worst level of incompetence and victim blaming.

I made the mistake of using this greedy law firm and getting strung along by Molly for 8 months and i just became the cash cow that they could milk out of free VA gov. Money from a grant set up to help Vietnam veterans, not only did they do-nothing but string me along they did nothing to help me ,yet they billed the VA God only knows How much ,when I asked for a copy of the bill so I could dispute it with the VA they would not send me a copy of the bill or where they sent it Noah would not give me that information, please av... read more

Stay away from access the law they love your money that seems to be all, Molly took me for an 8 month ride where she took free gov. V.A. money set aside to help me a Vietnam vet did very little work at all a very disappointing experience i,ll not forget,,ever using her the the biggest regret, never got to send in request for help because I never got any at access the law ,she seemed burnt-out or lazy they wouldn,t ever tell me what the bill was ,as there client i have a right to know i think they were just to ashamed to tell... read more

The receptionist listened to my voicemail, paid attention to the case information I gave her, and made sure to call me back to offer a consultation. I’ve talked with a lot of firms and I know nice from not nice. They are nice. I think they will help you if they can. Call them up! They told me the consult would only be $100 and were flexible with scheduling. I’m good to go however, you get in there! :)
