This is a fascinating, and much needed model for the Resi aged care sector. The fact that specialist services, face to face GP and Telehealth are delivered with the support and assistance of a nurse and fully rebatable is incredible. Well done

My parents are in care. Deeply concerned about their billing system. For a bulk billing service, they pay Medicare rebate and then take a significant amount of money out of my parents account. It's ad hoc and unpredictable and no invoicing or reason for the service.

If I could give a rating lower than a negative five star (-5) I would!! Absolutely shocking service and no real care for clients constant turnaround of so called "GP" service where my mother is in care. The standards and communication is absolutely non existent. I can't get hold of any one on the phone and no responses to emails. When I do, absolutely NOONE knows anything, and blames the care centre for the obscene amount of money that is debited for absolutely no real care.
