do not trust this company the person mum dealt with last week was Alannah Foulkes with regards to billing issues. She lies her way out of invoices fails to follow through on anything and not trust her with phone number . our bill are excessive high and lack of statement is so bad alannah is nursing director of this company she try and get you to admit your one owes the bill my advice to you is get her do everything in writting and not worth heartache she causes the family and dont care if she leaves your love one no money al... read more
if i minus rating for these people i would give it minus ten. we had a number of excessive bills from loved one in nursing home we left in april dr was nightmare too. we lefted . i then check our bank account without warning taken another excessive amount even though we left please if leave this service stop all direct debts check your services and fees if in nursing home they not help deal with outstanding debts so please be warned of that they happy take your money but when clearly in wrong they think they get away with it... read more
