Access Telehealth AT Report and request for ongoing therapy The occupational therapist Sussanah Kaur seemed like a nice lady and appeared to know her job. How wrong I was. We had requested an AT request for a new wheelchair and a functional assessment and request for ongoing therapy. What we received was the longest AT request in history. If I could give a rating lower than one star I would. Absolutely shocking service and no continuity of care for clients since they have been the engaged service where my mother is in care. The standards and communication has dropped significantly. I can't get hold of any one on the phone and no responses to emails. They just debit money from my mothers account as they wish with no statements or explanation. I have expressed my concerns to the care facility and to Access but their care factor is zero. My first experience with them they were running late and I was left waiting for them to activate the meeting for very lengthy time and I got no notifications that they were going to be late. They didn't let me know when they will be ready to activate the meeting. At least if it's by phone they can just ring you when they are ready rather than to have to sit there staring at the screen not able to do anything else in case they begin the meeting.
