is there any Customer service? our client has been trying to book a service call for 3 months i have been trying to get ahold of someone to see whats going on for 3 days with no reply, perhaps someone can respond here ?

this company has been sold and bought two times in a very short period of time. the new owners clearly do not understand that when you buy an existing business you purchase the assets and the liabilities...that means that you must honour the work/warranty of previous owner. Repeat and loyal customers are built from great customer service. I have tried to get service for a unit, that this company sold to me, for more than four months. I have phoned and repeatedly gotten the answering machine and left messages. (In the past few weeks the mailbox is full). I’ve sent emails as well and still NO RESPONSE. This is a terrible way to do business and I’ve contacted another company even though the unit should be under warranty. I’ve taken my business else where. I would NOT recommend them. Maybe they should change their name to “None-access Inferior Mechanical”.
