We had a great experience in Access Storage at Cartwright Ave. We met Hassan, the store manager, who is very helpful and guided us all throughout the move-in.

Very disappointing experience with this storage facility. About one month after moving our belongings into a locker, our unit was broken into and our items were stolen. We later learned that several other units in the same building were also robbed, which raises serious concerns about the security here. We were told insurance would cover part of the loss, but no one has contacted us and there has been no follow-up or support regarding our claim.
