We were served very politly. Flexibility of the personel regarding our needs was awesome. Appreciate.
The worse experience in storage we paid for heating units and of course was not my stuff froze We remove our stuff early because of that and asked them to refund for the last 2 weeks and still no response just said thank you for using our services please don't hesitate again to contact us again if services needed What aJoke There are better companies out there don't waste your money on them
Was very pleased for the past few months Jason as very kind and understanding Went this weekend of in snow storm but understanding but this was Monday had to physical had to shovel our way. Through the door not only that there was not heat was told is was weeks like that some things I had in locker froze any way long story short moved all my stuff out very disappointed will find better accommodations at the end of the day I should be refunded for my rest of days quick to contact you for payments but no answer regarding my co... read more
