Just started renting a unit, very friendly staff, and very clean area
All guys are Nice and great service
Booked a storage unit online, and Access followed up with a phone call to confirm the details/availability. Service over the phone was great. I went in a few weeks later when I was to start my rental to sign paperwork and the staff were very friendly and informative. Unit and whole facility was very clean and well lit. The staff were up front with the costs, and policies, and told me stop check in as soon as I know when I won’t be needing the unit to help avoid extra charges etc.
