Sales team is misleading and got horrible customer service ever
It was real friendly and easy
had a disappointing experience with Access Storage regarding billing transparency and communication. Before booking, I clearly informed their team that I needed the storage space from March 4 to May 5, as I was traveling out of the country. At that time, I was told about their 75% off promotion and based on that, I was given a total cost of approximately $241 for the entire duration.
