DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE!! MY KEY OPENED ANOTHER PERSONS LOCKER! Forgot the exact location of my locker and ended up using my key to open the unit beside mine. First I thought my stuff was taken and they let someone else use my unit, until I tried my key in the unit beside it and it also opened. Got the front desk people to come and switch out the keys for both units, but who knows if my unit had already been rifled through. This is a massive violation of privacy.
