I have used this place 2 times Never a issue
Normal storage place but isolated and somewhat remote. That might make it a bit vulnerable to thieves and other malevolent actions. Have a friend who says his RV had it's catalytic converter stolen there one night. I didn't see much surveillance. Know what you are getting for the price.
Everything was dry and secure, but when I went to move things out the door spring was loose or broke.
