Jack is very polite, friendly and accomodating. The transaction is smooth and easy. The facility is clean and well-maintained.
The salesperson was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Placed a reservation online, made payment, spoke with the call center. I arrive at the office to get my gate key. To find the office closed for 30 minutes. Once I return I'm told my lock wouldn't work (without seeing it) and that I would have to buy their specific lock. At no point was this information relayed to me. Total of 3 hours wasted of my time. Won't be returning.
