Communication with a male representative was the worst, because what we agreed on the telephone, versus when I go there to access my belongings, he said at the gate on speaker I cannot access. The female management at this location needs to be under review as her professional isn't there either & blames her mistakes on her fellow employees as to why her job wasn't completed properly! DO NOT recommend access storage.
Great service, pricing and clean facility. Easy registration with friendly, accommodating staff. I have used this company on several occasions in different cities. Highly recommend Access for your storage needs.
