Have been a long-time customer. Maintenance issues not addressed for years, but they certainly want their money. I've had no working in my unit going on 3 plus years in spite of having cleared an area for them and left a key. Price creep has me shopping around for better value.
It was very easy to get my storage unit and I felt like the storage unit was available and everything went smoothly.
Anna was great to deal with and the facility was clean and easily accessible. They were able to accommodate an extra couple days because our moving date changed.
