I need a unit asap and Matt was awesome and very polite. The unit was convenient, clean and accessible. Their rates are great too!
Fantastic place, love the fact there’s security cameras and pin access for 24 hour access. I needed a large unit last minute while we moved up to Maryville and Matt helped me early on a Sunday morning. THIS is the type of service and help that makes businesses great. I have a camper and a boat that I’m bringing up from Florida in a month and I will definitely be using Access Storage. Thanks Matt, you’ve earned 5 stars from me.
If I could give zero stars I would. Came to pick up a unit I had rented and DRUG a truck we had parked by the shed so they could get the shed. Pic attached. Also got alllll up in a neighbors yard. Horrible person picking the units up.
