I’ve been going here for 2 years and I absolutely love them! The staff is extremely nice & Ms.Taylor is the best at getting to the root of your medical issues! She goes above and beyond to help the patients! Dr Hackl is a very nice guy too but he is in Broken Arrow!

Thought this was going to be my new PCP I maid 10:15 appointment two weeks agoI show up at 10:00 do all my paperwork how about five people ahead of me four more come in as I wait finally with me being the last one in the waiting room people who came after me were already being seen I told the lady I had other things to do I'd already been there one hour she said oh you're a new patient so does that mean my 10:15 appointment meant nothing what was I considered a walk in finally I had to leave without being seen can't stay the... read more

First visit and everything was just OK. Taking a prescription that I can't go without and here I am 7 days later and still waiting on both prescriptions. Have called them 7 times and have had to repeat my story 8 times. This is so frustrating and unprofessional.

When Dr. Blackstad was here it was great, but since Access took over, it has gone downhill. They rarely answer the phone now and are rude when they do. Wait times to be seen are horrible. They make you come in for second appointments when a referral didn't go through instead of just resending it, and are rude when you try to call to check on it.
