We were anxious to get a stair lift installed as my mother in law was unable to get to her bedroom after an incident with her heart. I had a used Acorn lift from my own mother but found Access Solutions much more responsive and professional. The lift was installed within a week even though there was a holiday. In addition, within the first week, one of the levers was accidentally broken off by a teenager in the house. They came out the same day we called and installed it under the warranty. Great company!!!!
