What an awesome Christian based company. It was a pleasure doing business with them and continuing it. They made the storage and moving process peaceful and easy. I would recommend!
I loved renting a unit here. The staff was helpful and informative upon move-in. Anytime I had to make a call due to a late payment, they were understanding, helpful, and (most important to me) kind and friendly. The facility was always clean, well lit, and safe even at night time. The parking area gives plenty of room for several cars or trucks if multiple people are moving things in or out, and I typically had no problem finding a cart to move heavy objects. I have rented a trailer from here 3 times total, the first two times was very pleasant experience until this last time on Sunday afternoon, I was told to drop the trailer off at the front of the business, I arrived to drop it off in the front as directed and the owner was there re arranging u haul trucks and said I could put it back where I got it which wasn’t a super big deal, so I drive around and my wife gets out to help me back it in properly, we had the trailer in the proper place when the owner start yelling PULL FORWA... read more
