Very disappointed with the after-sales support. The remote control supplied with my digital display did not work . I contacted the company several times asking for a solution or a replacement, but I received no response. Customer service after purchase has been very poor. I hope they improve their support for future customers.
Amazing service tech support helped me sort out my issue in a quick and efficient manner would recommend
No response from email, contact pages or DM on facebook, Was looking to spend several thousand on a batteries and victron inverters but the lack of response saw me go directly to the battery manufacturer and Eco Energy. Too much of a ref flag when no response to sales enquiries, as does the lack of reviews being showed against the business in goggle search.
