First, don't be more than 15 mins late, or they may just go to the next patient and turn you away, especially important information while our city's transit system is the worst it's been. I'm giving a 2 because at one point this office was great, then some good docs left, and I'm starting to think that was the writing on the wall. I called to make an appointment at 4:40 PM, but they put me on hold until 5:00 PM—then they just closed. Very frustrating experience.
