Iv'e Been waiting for a call back from Sale Access store for passed three weeks. Each week l ring again, leave the same message & my details with reception who answer's the phone, and each time been told they are very busy that they will get the Sale office to call me back. I will call again today the fourth week & try again.
I called them at Sale 3 times to purchase a Knee Scooter on 12/03/2025 and they could not supply any details and said would call me back, still waiting! Decided to call in at their other outlet in Traralgon, after waiting for over 10 minutes whilst a person was on the phone to someone about day to day garbage and not related to business they finally advised me that they could not assist and to try Sale!!!!!!!! They call themselves a business.
Would not go there again, prices are exorbitant and then they try and rip you off as well. Did phone to try to solve situation, still wasn't happy
